Setup the environment for interactive mode in Docker #51

Currently, the environment for running commands using docker exec -it is not setup correctly so its missing a lot of the ROS commands. This change sources the ROS environment so they work properly. This is useful to run commands in the container, such if you want to run a python script using rosrun
