Support for SignInAsAuthenticationType #4

This part is used in OWIN when you want to use multiple authentication provides in one website.

This part is copied from the Katana project WSfederation module

I considered doing this originally and decided it could be handled in another manner. I've since implemented the config and I think having the SignInAsAuthenticationType is pretty handy. Thanks for the PR.

Could you push an update to nuget?

Would the update also include add metadata by url?
