Feature request: Version bumb or auto deployment #1

Can we have a version bumb to 0.12.3 or even better: can you create an automated build to stay in sync with the official PixelFed releases: https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/releases

Hey @toontoet, This is now the case, version 0.12.3 is released, and if there are no changes in the official repos or breaking changes, then the images will be updated automatically. Otherwise our team will work on it quickly.
