Demo set-up (for PVC) #190

The demo set-up should be a script or an otherwise reproducible process to demo the PVC and revocation lists.

The goal is to be able to prepare a custom demo based on the audience data quickly.

The process can roughly be described as:

  1. map the audience domain to one (or more) credential definition
  2. create one or more credential definition
  3. generate a dataset from the audience domain and commit it to the chain as PVC
  4. visually display the domain (as a graph?) to the audience

What is missing:

This demo should be focused on the trust network IMHO
