State sync is not working in elesto-canary-2 #266

Currently, state-sync feature is not working on the new elestod version.

This issue is known and reported on Tendermint (https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/issues/10791). Osmosis provided a fix in their fork (https://github.com/osmosis-labs/osmosis/issues/1805).
