Make the client to output W3C compliant did representation #93

As pointed out in the cosmos-cash project, the elestod cli does not formally output a compliant json-ld representation of the DDO, it prints instead the json serialized protobuf of the DDO.

Change the client implementation so it outputs the W3C compatible json, and add a --raw option to print the protobuf one
