Cloning soneone else's voice using Professional cloning #330

I have created a video course (English) in which im not the speaker. I wish to use the voice of the person who has recorded the videos. Im stuck at verification as the person doesnt live in the same town as I do. He has no problems with me using his voice is ready to assist with whatever steps has to be taken to get his voice approved.

Please let me know how i should move forward.
