Default template for monolingual and bilingual dictionary #266

A default template that can be chosen when a user starts a new dictionary. You can already choose from default templates in Lexonomy, but these need to be adapted to the DMLEX model (See: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=lexidma).

We need someone to create the templates, ideally containing several entries of different type (various PoS, etc.) connected with #21
