Multiple gaps in data for MID/stream.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the MID_Gaps.csv file attached
2. Column A is "Last startTime before the gap"
3. Column B is "Following startTime after the gap"
4. Column C is gap duration in minutes
5. Column E is "Start of the Gap startTime"
6. Column F is "End of the Gap startTime"
7. Column G is number of expected missing entries ei. settlementPeriods. Keep in mind there are two dataProviders and I expect each will have a value for specific settlementPeriod
8. Click on column H's link, that will show link where the gap is found

Expected behaviour

Expected is to see data for two dataProvider for every settlement period (startTime every 30 minutes) for links listed in column H.

Observed behaviour

Data is missing for specified time intervals for both dataProviders.

Additional context

All of the API requests are listed in MID_Gaps.csv H column. You can use any of them to see the gap.
