Column G is number of expected missing entries ei. settlementPeriods. Keep in mind there are two dataProviders and I expect each will have a value for specific settlementPeriod

Expected is to see data for two dataProvider for every settlement period (startTime every 30 minutes) for links listed in column H.
Observed behaviour
Data is missing for specified time intervals for both dataProviders.
