  • Upgraded azure-servicebus from 7.8.0 to 7.12.1
  • Upgraded certifi from 2022.9.24 to 2023.7.22
  • Upgraded cryptography from 38.0.1 to 43.0.1
  • Upgraded msal from 1.19.0 to 1.30.0
  • Upgraded pywin32 from 304 to 306
  • Upgraded typing-extensions from 4.3.0 to 4.12.2
  • Upgraded uamqp from 1.6.0 to 1.6.9
  • Tested that the Python client works for Python versions 3.11 & 3.12
• Reformat files
  • including changing requirements.txt from UTF-16LE to UTF-8
  • also fixed a couple of typos
