Test Fresh Install #27

Do a fresh install of koreader and a fresh install of our plugin and see what all the defaults are and how it looks.

I haven't done a fully fresh koreader install, but in moving the settings to a new table, I have now witnessed what should happen on a "fresh install" of the plugin. I am pretty satisfied that it's safe and sane and doesn't conflict or overlap with og coverbrowser any longer.

I will keep this open because I do want to do a completely fresh vanilla koreader and plugin install before we send our boy out into the world.
