After executing command from submenu of user menu (F2) panel directory jumps to home #2391

Basically what subject says. When you execute command from User Menu (F2) it works fine, but if the command is inside submenu of that menu, panel directory jumps to /home/username/

Cannot reproduce. And I use commands from submenus regularly.
