Support exemplars in telemetry #38

OpenMetrics defines exemplars and prometheus has supported them already in the experimental mode.

It seems that VictoriaMetrics won't support exemplars: https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/1169#issuecomment-2206324361

So, it becomes a Prometheus-only feature, which is impractical to support =(
