Implemented custom simple dictionary based index. Added customizable /search 
page. 

Lucene integration postponed to later release.

I wonder if we should default "Include in Site Search" to on? (I agree being 
able to
exclude pages is a great option.)

(Or is there a way we could let administrators decide what should be the default
settings for pages?)
