CRITICAL! When removing page version all subpages are also removed. #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create subpage for page1.
2. Create new version on page1
3. delete this new version on page1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Subpage is removed. Must be removed only last added new version.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Subpages should be removed only when removing children in "Children" tab.

Fixed in 0.2.2 and 0.3.
