In 0.2.2, the version defaults to version 1 rather than the latest version #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a version
2. Publish the page
3. Exit and open the editor
4. Note that version is set back to Version 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Version should be set to most recent version.

This seems to happen only when there are subpages. 

If a page does not have subpages, then the expected version is selected.

I was wrong. It varies. On staging, Start defaults to 1, Installation defaults 
to 2
(latest version), but Support defaults to 1.
