Refresh UI after change #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In workarea, delete comment
2. Message indicates comment deleted
3. UI does not otherwise refresh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* That the comments would be removed from the UI presentation

We do have the message, so this is just an enhancement note. 

Another place where this happens is the Reset application data. The message
comes up, but the page doesn't refresh, and all the old data is still on
the page. (In the case of a Reset, we may also want to log the user out.)
