IE not supported in editing panel #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with IE7 (or IE8)
2. Open a page
3. System does not render editing tab properly. Data is missing, and
controls are stacked. 

I'm fine with not supporting IE in the workarea, we just need to document it.  

Chrome, Safari, Opera all seems fine. It's just IE.

I am not excited to fight with IE problems.

If somebody will send patches for IE support we will include them.

We can add IE support for admin area in later release. 
For example in 0.9 before 1.0 release.

Actually, it's better in 0.3. I'll test it more later, and then close the 
ticket if
everything seems all right.

Tested IE8 all OK.
Tested IE7 all OK.

Try to reset browser cache and use latest Vosao from SVN.
