Import/export ZIP file format version 2.0 #154

Create version 2.0 of import/export file format so instead of single 
content.xml we 
will have system files as described in 
http://code.google.com/p/vosao/issues/detail?id=146

Implemented export & import in 2.0 format. Also it's still possible to import 
in 1.0
format.

Vosao CMS distinguishes formats by file extensions zip - 1.0, vz - 2.0
