It should be possible to exclude page and it's child pages from sitemap.
Case for this is that I have partner pages (kind of extranet) that require 
login in order to be viewed. It is a branch of pages. I don't want everybody 
to see existance of these pages by clicking on sitemap so I need to exclude 
these pages from sitemap generation.
