Search on words with international characters fails #167

When search is done on internationalized site with different languages search 
does not have any results if non-english characters are used such as:
ö, ä, å
In my case it is swedish characters in words like: företag = company,
är = is etc.

One more comment. It seems that search is performed for all languages and not 
only for 
the current language.
For example if you have 2 languages english and swedish and you are currently 
using 
english. Then if you search for word "test" that exists in both languages 
search result 
would find pages with both languages and not only current langauge.
I think it is not correct behavior.

But what should happen if searched information exists only in english version 
then
search in current language will not show searched info that is also undesired. 

I think current version is more correct.
