Plugin version and icon description #169

1.There is no way to see installed version of the plugin. It is a useful 
information and should be shown in the list of installed plugins.
2. On the right side of plugin in the list of installed plugins there is a 
red icon that is not intuitive. It would be good to show text "Uninstall 
plugin" when hovered over the icon, if that is supposed meaning of the icon.
