PageRequest is NULL accessing hom page in workarea

(This error seems resolved on logging back in, but is noted for reference.)

After logging in, I opened the Home page in the site outline, and switched
to the Content tag. The content did not appear, and the browser posted an
error message.

name    TypeError

On trying to load another page, the system prompted me to login again, but
the dialog seemed to fail. After inputting the email addres, it turned into
a text field, and the cursor did not seem to advance to the password field
(attached). 

I logged out, and back in, and it seems fine now.
