Implement site reset feature by removing all data and creating default site
structure.

Is reset optional? There could be a number of uses for a partial restore,
especially
if the resources in the backup were selectable through the page tree UI.

Are the user accounts reset? If so, what happens if you are logged in using an
account that is not in the restore. Does the system boot you out gracefully?

Currently import feature doesn't remove anything only adds and updates. So
partial
restore of previously selected resources should work.

Reset feature is helpful when you need to remove all data from site including
user
accounts. This is complete reset.

When you need to remove something from your site you can do this from CMS admin
UI.

For graceful boot out we can add logout and redirect to home page.
