Line selection should span wrapped lines

Double-click word selection can span multiple lines that were automatically
broken at the end of the screen. Triple-click line selection always stick
to a single on-screen line at the moment, but it'd would be more useful if
it spanned continuation lines as well.

Triple-click line selection also no longer includes the newline at the end, to 
allow
the line to be edited after pasting. The newline still is included if the user 
clicks
beyond the end of the line.
