Trakt TV collection does not display #873

Expected Behavior

Trakt TV Shows collection should list my trakt collection.

Current Behavior

Couple of days ago, I started to get the following error upon entering TV Shows - Trakt > My Collection.

Error message displayed: BAD STATUS GETTING TRAKT COLLECTION FOR SHOWS: 500

Other menu entries related to trakt seem to work. Even My Collection for Movies in Elementum is working. Seems like the problem is only on TV Shows collection menu entry.

Possible Solution

Not aware of any.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. In Elementum plugin, go to TV Shows - Trakt > My Collection
  2. Note the error message that appears on the top.

Context

I cannot see my Trakt collection.

Your Environment

Kodi 19.3 on Android arm.

@asmerovski hm, i do not see error in log file. try to reproduce it again, maybe.

Cannot add log to paste.kodi.tv, it is too large, so here it is.

i still do not see related errors in log. "TV Shows - Trakt > My Collection" works for me, but i guess you added to your collection something new that breaks elementum.

2 options:

  1. remove new things that you added to collection and check again. then please report what item caused issue.
  2. if it will not help - share your collection, e.g. https://trakt.tv/users/YOUR_NAME/collection , it might help to understand what causes the issue. but please try 1st option first.

Hi, i removed all recently added shows as instructed in step 1. Stil happening. This is my collection: https://trakt.tv/users/asmerm/collection

unfortunately, i do not know how to help you with this issue. i do not see any errors in 1st log and in 2nd log i see only unrelated errors (like error b/c torrent was not chosen and then error b/c of failed log upload). i expected that some "tricky" new item in collection caused that - but no. and i also do not see any "tricky" items in your current collection.

as a "wild guess" - try to disable "Show number of unwatched episodes in Shows/Seasons" option in "Appearance" tab. this feature had bug, but it was fixed, and that bug was very visible in log file.
