Feature Request - Lock screen delay after manually turn off screen #201

Lord Clockan's IceColdSandwich has a option I really miss in this ROM:

When I'm chatting, I use to turn off screen pressing power button while I'm 
waiting for a reply to save battery. If I have lock pattern set up, phone 
request me it even if I turn on screen 1 second after turned off.
With IceColdSandwich is possible to setup a delay between turn off screen 
manually or auto and lock screen request. 
JellyTime only has an option to delay lock screen when screen had turned off 
due inactivity, but not pressing power button. Now I need to choose between not 
using lock screen –without security protection– or setting up a very low 
time to turn off screen auto if I wish wake up the phone quickly and not waste 
battery.
