Connecting to Bluetooth handsfree causes com.android.phone process to stop #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to pair phone with in-car bluetooth handsfree (JVC KD-BT1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect phone to pair correctly but instead receive error com.android.phone has 
stopped. Bluetooth audio is fine but unable to use handsfree for phone use

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jellytime R29 running on HTC Desire HD

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried deleting folders in the BluetoothHD folder, airplane mode, rebooting 
phone, all without success. On JT R11, this worked correctly. Restoring a 
Nandroid backup of R11 causes the issue to disappear.
