LED issue while charging #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in usb cord
2. Check the red led

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A red led should should be lit at the top of the phone but the led remains 
unlit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JellyTime b11, stock kernel, HTC Desire HD (France)

Please provide any additional information below.
When the battery is fully charged, I think that the green led works (not sure 
sorry)

I'm almost sure that this is always working with beta 10.

Please note that this issue appears randomly. I'm currently charging my phone 
and the red is on :/

More information: I ran out of battery, so the red led has started to blink.
However, plugging in the cord should make it stop blinking, but it didn't.

Yes this issue seems to be resolved. I'm currenty running beta 16.
