short sound can not be played #303

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When i want to play a short sound,it can not be played,but if the sound is 
longer than 5 seconds  it can be played

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output is that the short sound can be played, but it did nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 i flash the R6.1 on my DHD

Please provide any additional information below.
 The issue happend on the wechat ,papa APP
 and the screenshot about the logcat loged when i play the sounds is in the attachments.
