Please provide a step-by-step installation instructions to get this amazing ROM 
going on HTC Inspire 4G in such a way that even the first-timers (just like me) 
can easily accomplish this task without hassle.

Guys go to the thread and ask your questions there are many guides its just 
like installing any other rom. Make sure you are s-off install a recovery like 
4ext or cwm flash the rom flash the correct gapps package for the version of 
android linked with rom in OP wipe data & cache and reboot
