CSipSimple or Media5-fone do not ringing #337

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I ringing to sip phone turn off all sound 
2. When I want to put into operation sounds give a ring there either GSM mobile 
phone number or cell phone will restart.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that I listen ringing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JellyTime4.2 R8 and later JT4.1.2 R30 

Please provide any additional information below.

I try contact support application sip phones. But not good response.
