Sdcard mount #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.You take the card out of the Phone
2.While the phone is still on you insert it back in
3.It doesnt detect sdcard until a full restart 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i couldnt get any detection while the phone that indicated that sdcard has been 
inserted in Desire HD unless i do a full restart

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC desire HD Jelly time R6

Please provide any additional information below.
Please fix this issue...instead of updating kernels why dont you just make a OS 
that has all the issues fixed? i mean in R7 you screwed bluetooth ...but in r6 
it works fine....while sdcard issue is not fixed in any of the versions....
