Can't turn on my device #359

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrade ROM to R11
2. restart
3. Wait

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I upgraded to R11 I started having this problem when I startup my device 
(HTC Desire HD) sometimes it freezed on a boot sequence and I had to restart 
it. Now even restart doesn't helped. I'm trying factory reset if it helps. I 
hope so, otherwise I have no idea what to do.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.2.2 Jellytime R11
