What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Restored 109 apps from SD Card using Titanium Backup. All previous System
Data not restored.
2.Moved apps from Internal Memory to SD Card
3.Installed and run various servers within Android Phone. e.g. SSH server, FTP
server, Web server using "Servers Ultimate Pro" apps
4.Installed and run "Static IP" app to no avail.
5.I have tried clearing Clock's cache using "Manage Apps" to no avail
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Time at top-right-hand corner frozen, Widget Time frozen(not the same as
earlier) and Lock screen clock time all differrent. Lock Screen Clock displays
corret time.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Desire HD
Android 4.2.2
Baseband 12.65.60.29U_26.14.04.28_M
Kernel 3.0.83_JellyTime
CPU ARMv7 Processor rev 1(v7)
JellyTime _R11
Please provide any additional information below.
I may have inadvertantly killed some of the important Googles services using
