Ringtones not working #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.From another telephone, dial your cell number.
2.Incoming call screen appears but no sound.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should hear the phone ring, but all I see is the incoming call screen with no 
sound.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JellyTime version 4.3-20130907-Beta1-ace on Android.
