What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Power off the telephone.
2. Power on the telephone.
3. Go to System Settings > Device > Sound.
4. Under System ensure that the Dial pad touch tones option is checked.
5. Go to the dialer and key in some numbers.
You will hear the DTF tones as you press each number.
6. Using another telephone, place a call to your phone.
The incoming call notification screen displays a notification, but there is no sound.
7. Repeat steps 3,4 and 5. At the end of step 5 you will not hear the dial pad
touch tones.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is you should hear the dial pad tones, as well as hearing
the ringtone when you receive an incoming call.
