No internet connection in 2G/3G at all, calls are working #380

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn the Mobile data transmission ON and WiFi - OFF
2. There is no connection, sometimes the signal icon blinks with E or H

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Working internet connection

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.3 beta 3

My device is Desire HD, gapps-20130813 is installed

I have experienced the same problem as per above.  Same phone same gapps.

I'm also experiencing this with jellytime 4.3 beta 6. Desire HD and gapps 
20130813.

I'm new to custom roms - How do I grab a logfile and provide more info?
