Phone gets stuck in restart loop when it looses connection to provider #385

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loosing connection to provider (no signal) 
Example: Traveling into another country 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The phone is running completely normal when it has connection to the provider 
("Vodafone" in my case, because I live in germany), but if I travel into 
another country or I simply loose my connection while I'm in a place where the 
connection is really bad, the phone gets stuck in a restart loop until it has 
connection to the original provider.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the current version of Jellytime(JellyTime 4.3 Beta 6)
