Adjust the brightness via quick panel, that cause UI crashes #394

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sometimes, adjust the brightness via quick panel (turn on/off automatic 
adjustment), that would cause system UI crash, statusbar disappear, desktop 
turn into black

2.Adjust the brightness via device / display setting, that would be always ok

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect nothing goes wrong while adjusting brightness via quick panel, but it 
tells me that "system UI has been stopped".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
[07 JUL][4.2.2][OFFICIAL] PAC-man v23.0.0 for HTC Desire S

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem would cause avast security crashed.
