Failed to read SIM card #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to import contacts from SIM card into my phone,
it tells me that "no any contacts on your SIM card"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect import all contacts on my SIM card, I am sure that the SIM card 
contacts is readable on other phone, but it tells me "no any contacts your my 
SIM card"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
[ROM][07 JUL][4.2.2][OFFICIAL] PAC-man v23.0.0 - 
The AIO Rom for Desire S
