If an user request a new password he will get a mail with a different code for every request, but in the database is only the value of the first request.

This is related to #550. When a user is not logged in, the access variables are not being handled correctly. This prevents an update to the metadata for the conf_code just as it prevents the loading of the conf_code when a user loads the request new password link.
