input-password class isn't defined in css for the input/password view (Trac #1404) #95

Elgg version: 1.6

In the input/password view if you don't define a class by default the input element will use a 'input-password' class, which currently doesn't exist in the default site css. I think this should be defined with the same values as the input-text css class.
