Static List Name Bar

This is more of a feature request, but currently when you have enough tasks
to where some of them run off the screen, when you scroll down to view them
the bar at the top that displays the name of the list you're currently
viewing also scrolls off the screen along with the tasks.  It would be
better to make that static where you can always see what list you're in. 
On a similar note perhaps you could also add some scroll arrows on  the
same bar to visually indicate when you have tasks running off the screen.

Perhaps you could enable the title bar on the other views (as you have it with 
the
"BBRTM" on the home screen) and then remove the list name row from the table 
and move
it up to the title bar. That would take up about the same amount of space.

The title bar has been made static like in the other views.

I enabled the scroll arrows, however, I am not sure how to make them only 
display in
the static title bar.  I will look into this.  I think it is just a matter of
overriding a function somewhere.
