BBRTM freezing the Blackberry when started with no network service available #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Either turn off your mobile network or commute on an underground train
like I do.
2. Start BBRTM
3. Observe a total inability to do anything with the blackberry as it locks up.
4. Reset when you've convinced that there is a problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see BBRTM appear on the screen.  Home Screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.1 on 4.2.2.181

Please provide any additional information below.  Attach a screen shot if
possible.

What this shows is a lack of caching for offline usage.  This hopefully is
relatively simple to remedy.

This is a known issue.  Offline capabilities will be included in the near 
future for
cases such as this.
