Authentication problem: Get a Frob fails #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install app.
2. Run app.
3. Get a Frob (with all possible connection modes (BIS BES TCP))

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See "java.lang.RuntimeException: 400" and " Unknown Error" on second line

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BBRTM v0.2
BlackBerry 8820, v4.2.2.116 (platform 2.4.0.55)

Please provide any additional information below.  Attach a screen shot if
possible.

Tried solution for issue 21: didn't work.
