Under options what are your connection settings? If it is set to auto, try
selecting
each option individually (TCP, BIS, BES). If trying to use TCP, make sure your
APN
settings are entered and correct.

I'm sorry but I don't know where the connection setting menu is. I cannot find
connection setting under option menu on home screen. I'm beginner for
Blackberry. And make matter worse, I brought my BB at US(T-mobile) but use it
in
China now. I don't have anyone I can ask something about BB here.

BB is better than WM or Palm except to Task management for me. If I can use
BBRTM, I have nothing complain of BB.

When you open BBRTM and press the menu button, there should be a "Options" menu
item.
Select that menu item and it should open up the options screen where you can select
which connection mode you would like to use. Try all 3 options. For TCP and
APN
settings, I can't tell you which ones to use but here are a few starting points:

http://www.blackberryforums.com/blackberry-network/2185-blackberry-internet-msn-
chat-web-telnet-tcpip-no-bes.html

http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/What_are_the_TCP_and_APN_settings%3F

Also try searching google.

You can try contacting your mobile provider. They may give you the correct APN
settings that your mobile provider requires to use TCP connections.
