What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried to download on my BB 7250 running v4.1.0.268 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect it do download - get an error "907 Invalid COD"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

BB 7250 running v4.1.0.268

Please provide any additional information below.  Attach a screen shot if
possible.

I am having issues simulating BBRTM on the 4.1 simulators.  This was working 
before,
however not now.  I will look into this issue and hopefully have it resolved 
soon.

I have recompiled BBRTM with the 4.1 JDE instead of the 4.3 JDE.

This should hopefully resolve any installation issues on OS 4.1.

You can install the new version at http://bbrtm.org
