Moving between lines with the keyboard only reads current character #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to messaging, Email, any app where you have a multiline edit box.
2. Enter some text on multiple lines, EG
line1
line2
line3

3. Press up arrow to read the lines back

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Talkback should read the entire line as it gets moved on to, instead, it only 
reads the character the cursor is on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
talkback 3.1.3 on xPeria pro with Android 4.04.

Currently, this isn't feasible from the events TalkBack receives.
