Call cannot be placed with Talking Dialer #144

1. Talking Dialer
2. Android 4.0 device with three buttons

It is correctly possible to enter a number but there is no way to place a call
because the "call"-Button or "search"-button are missing on the new devices
(2012). May be there is a gesture defined for placing a call but all attempts
to find it failed.

Android 4.0.4, SONY XPERIA S

I am also missing the buttons on a XPeria mini pro running jellybean. However I
found out that when you doubletap somewhere on the screen after entering the
number, it reads it out for control back to you and when you do a second
doubletap the number is getting dialed.

Double tapping results in the dialed number being called.

Unfortunately on my SONY XPERIA S this double tapping is unreproducible. In
most cases the number 5 is inserted twice instead of proceeding with the
dialing process. It is more like a game. I tried the same procedure (double
tapping) on a ZTE blade and HTC desire. Same results.
